# your job
  • Strategically plan new and existing product features.
  • Closely cooperate with the tech, sales, management and customer success teams to specify customer needs, initiate and control the development and implementation of new product features.
  • Evaluate markets, product verticals and competition to create a sustainable vision of how to exceed requirements and expectations.
  • Lead & drive key projects over the full product development process from idea to design, from specification to development and from launch to post-release analysis.
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process for further improvements.
# your profile
  • You are ambitious, competitive, highly energetic and intrinsically motivated to solve challenges in a creative and entrepreneurial way.
  • You have a minimum of 2+ years experience in a Product Management role in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in (Digital) Health or MedTech.
  • You have strong problem solving skills with experience in making data-driven decisions. 
  • You are goal-oriented, have an analytical, KPI-driven mindset and the ability to build product reports and gain insights.
  • You have native German skills as well as strong written and verbal English skills.
  • You have a solid technical aptitude to comprehend the nature of our software product and the environments in which it operates. 
  • You can work smoothly with Excel, Google Suite, product development software (JIRA).
